Ok so I found a glitch if to have loot and you have to be a higher level to use it go to your profile

And press manage you items and click a turf and equip your smuggle tunnel or what ever you have hope this helps add me I'll keep updated any glitches I found thanks

If you do this and you're under the level needed to equip normally, you won't be able to unequip it. If you are level 30 with a <1k mob someone will take it from you. If I see it and can take it I will. :)
