No worries ladies and gents... The wife and i completed our mile yesterday but we went to visit my grandpa in the hospital and forgot to post. Today we are going for 2 miles so we can take off tomorrow to watch the razorbacks kick some k-state butt tomorrow!

Just finished running my 2 miles today. The 1 mile is definitely getting easier but 2 is a killer!

Why is everyone so infatuated with the leap year? I am hoping to be well over 365 by the end of the year but it is my goal to get 365.

Just an update... today is the 16th day of the year and my wife, chocolate lab and myself have ran 14 miles so far. We have missed a couple of days but we are running two miles some days to catch up! It's definitely not easy to run every single day.

Yea i use nike+gps. I have racked up 12 miles on it because i ran on a treadmill the other 2. I dont think it works on the treadmill. Yea, Zoey (my dog) is definitely loving the run. Its nice because she comes home and passes out after the run haha
