The only pain meds that make me loopy are the ones given in the hospital by iv-morphine, Demerol, Dilaudid, etc. Vicodin, Darvocet, etc help ease the pain but have never made me loopy - or even tired. I've never understood people saying they get "high" on those, unless the amount they take is enough to kill them or something. (Yes, they all have Tylenol in them & too much Tylenol will destroy your liver!

It makes my whole body relaxed. Love it. A little loopy for the first hour after I take it. But so can't drive when I take it. Guess it affects ppl different

Medicine can certainly affect people differently. Although, I can think of 6 other people off the top of my head that have taken it & haven't felt loopy or high. Weird.

Lil Wayne's jail time was postponed cuz he had to have 8 root canals in one session. His teeth are all diamonds. Wonder how much vicoden he got

I had my wisdom teeth out at 19. It was not fun. One got impacted & that was painful, even with vicodin!
