he is talked about alot and if he's remembered after he quits he is a "legend" it doesn't mean he'll be remembered for good things nor bad things it's just that he's remembered that makes him a legend. However to be a legend historical facts and mythology have to meld to be a legitimate legend.

you know I agree thug will be a legend when he quits. He was the first to do a bunch of different things and strategies on this game. Many of those strategies (along with his spamming, self promotion and bullying of smaller players) has made him very hated but he definitely has made a name for himself. I will give him a little due there. All that being said he is a lying piece of 💩.
