iTunes killed the video star...

Does anyone bother to make good music videos, anymore? Does it even matter? I'm old enough to remember when a good video ('video' even sounds dated) was a talking point, and could make or break an artist. Thoughts please...

Yes to me though it started when they let the lip singer Hannah Montana who btw doesn't even write half her songs but steals them from people who've built their living on them come and fake sing then have her own crappy ass show

Fav video clip is "where is the love" it's a good song to. Classic black eyed peas realy go watch it

I am old enough to remember when MTV had maybe 10 videos that they just kept playing over and over.

Lol, I love the title; of course now I have the song stuck in my head! 😋

I remember when music was something you listened to, not watched. MTV killed music and turned it into a fashion show. Do they even play videos anymore?

Itunes killed CDs

CDs killed cassettes, cassettes killed 8 track, 8 track killed vinyl...there's always going to be something betterto come along.
And itunes didn't kill CDs. mp3s killed CDs. itunes killed the competition.

Microchip transmitter things implanted in our heads will soon kill iTunes

I'm opposed to anything implanted in my head! That's where I draw the line! I still have my old records, tapes, & cd's. I also have my first tape player from when I was 5. 😋

I have a record player. It came in a blue plastic case specially designed for kid abuse. And I have my first record-a 45 of the Hokey Pokey that I won at a carnival game when I was 5 or so.
And I have 2112 and the Star Wars soundtrack on 8 track.

I still listen to a cassette of Nevermind, on the way to work. It's the only tape in there.
