From the messages I'm getting yall want to know where this alliance stands. So here goes:
1. This alliance is mainly for people with turfs in Texas. Outsiders can be a part as well but we can only protect so far a distance.
2. We stand for equality among members no matter how big or small and are a completely democratic organization with no "leader" calling the shots. Everything will be by public vote.
3. We shall protect each other first and nonmembers second. We shall protect members
AND nonmembers with the same attitude and force.
4. We will protect all people from overaggressive bullies and thugs who prey on the weak as well as vendettas against the small and large players.
5. We encourage fighting and fair gameplay against like in size combatants and won't interfere as long as it's deemed a fair fight. -

6. Capos of any cities shall establish their own rules as to their safezones for players and all members shall abide by their rules.
7. All members shall actively recruit other potential members to join our alliance no matter how big or small the player is as long as they adhere to our philosophy.
7. Members and nonmembers can actively place turfs wherever they are capable of doing so but disputes will be settled by a member vote.
8. We shall be allied with whatever other alliance shares our same ideals and ideas about gameplay.
9. No member shall taunt or slander a member or nonmember whether they are in a battle or not as this is our code of conduct.
10. Most of all have fun and enjoy the game.Any questions about membership or our rules please pm me and if I don't answer I will direct you to another big player from our alliance that will.

Yes to everyone that's pm'ing me if your not in Texas u can join as well but our attack and defend range only goes so far.

Bordy I think it's probably just common sense. As long as you don't run ur city like a dictatorship n cap n attack everyone on a whim then basically what rules u n the people in ur city want. We want to protect from bullies not create them!
