If i jailbreak my Ipod touch 2nd generation using blackrain can I still update it with iTunes?

Yeah if you've updated to 3.1.3 you can't jailbreak. You'll have to either restore from before whenever you last synced, before you updated to 3.1.3, or wait for the jailbreak comin for 4.0. Btw, if you're not very computer savvy I wouldn't do it. But if you do, be sure to back up everything on your iPod touch before you do it. Everything.

Just because someone jailbreaks doesn't necessarily mean they're going to stop paying for apps all together

like I said before. You don't have to install installous
