1) He helps you buy muni-tax free bonds so you don't have to the pay the man
2) He helps set bearer bonds in case you need flee the country
3) He helps you set up a cool oversea sub-corps so you can wash the money and re-enter the country after you change your name for 100 don points

I was doing 2 and I got taxed $500m. Now I'm in debt. This I'd NOT fair and it should have a warning.

I can't remember which, but when you rank up one of the missions it is required at one point.
