At what point should i purchase upkeep weapons and turf ups?

When you start paying real money for turf limit. If your not willing to spend money on the game, you won't b able to afford upkeep unless you don't mob up

What? You can get a high enough income to have weapons with upkeep pretty easy. Just not the max combo. Never get the turf upgrades with upkeep they're a waste. But an arsenal of AK's body armor and shoes isn't too bad

I have upkeep weapons... It's not that big a deal. When you think it's affordable.
