Where is the line drawn between bullying and just playing the game? I've been wondering because I try not to attack people too much but if I don't then I lose money...

I think it depend on the person. What most consider to be bullying, I see as playing the game.

If I cap someone over and over and they contact me and are civil a out it, I stop and generally get chatty with them and we have a laugh. Same goes the other way, I've had bigger player cap me and we normally get along just fine.

I think sometimes that too many people try and enforce where it just ain't called for.

Reading the V forum has taught me a lot lol
