To do this mission it says i need to buy a union boss in the market but there isnt any there. Whats the deal with that, anybody?

Union Boss is loot. You'll have to loot it from another mission or capture it from a turf that has it equipped.

Can't buy them have to loot them or capture a turf with it on it.
