I haven't accepted any mob invites in a while and I've noticed my mob size is going down when I went to bed it was 1046 now it's 1043 and Ive thought I've had more than it said a few times anyway are heaps of people resetting or is it a glitch

You can remove peeps from your mob, but I don't think they can just leave.

Everyone has access to the same mechanic. If you can remove them from your mob, rest assured they can remove you from theirs as well.
