I have 31 Capo titles that I got by virtue of being the only player in town.

I have 3-5 more where I got with just 2-3 turfs.

A long Capo list is somewhat impressive, but I could boost my income by nearly a million dollars/hour by relocating.

sigh....

what to do...

More than I could ever hope to spend. I spent around a billion turf hopping to get them all.

I'm currently 60 over limit on turf though, but using points to catch it up. So tearing down now would be foolish.

Screw it. Capos are just lists. Every turf with exception of 1 or 2 is near other players (I've given up plenty of capos :( )

Just a general life on Hawaii question. How often does the typical resident of a smaller island go to a different one? Is this a once in a great while vacation thing?

Fly. It's around $150 r/t. They used to sell unlimited monthly passes for inter-island travel for around 500 bucks.

Occasionally they have fare wars and drop to 20-50 bucks one way. Those are becoming increasingly rare.

Many locals go regularly. Having family and friends on the other islands help.

And I know a couple folks that commute daily.

I've given up SEVVVVVVVERAL capo titles in the interest of money. Now I'm only interested in being capo of really popular/populated cities for the prestige value & maybe a couple that have sentimental value. If The Chef ever quits, I'll probably take back Vegas & maybe give up Paradise.

I was all about staying in my own town where the money was until I got myself in a place where I make too much to spend. I am just now moving around to rural areas to get capos. I say cash early capos later
