I fell asleep at 6 an had to be up at 6:15 anyone else had nights like this?

I fell a asleep at 12 and had to wake up at 8 for school. Same feeling trust me.

When I drank I'd pass out an get close to 20 hours of sleep since I stoped I badly seem to get more than a couple of hours a sleep a night

8 hours is average but every person is different. Also I read somewhere that your body never forgets missed sleep so even if it takes a year, it will always catch up missed sleeping time.

4 hours a day 3am till bout 7am... Then every 4 days I will sleep in till 8am

Your sleep needs may only be 4 hours per 24 hours or u may all of a sudden have a year where all u want to do is sleep.. Also it could be a medical problem which would cancel that theory out. It was just talking about people with generally stable sleeping habits I think.. Of course it could all just be lies.. Who knows what is actually true out of the things u read although I think it was A university report essay that I read it on but who knows. -

Hormonal imbalance can cause insomnia and or fatigue causing you to over sleep. I have a very mild thyroxine imbalance which gives me trouble with both of the above. My doctor has recommended me to drugs, levothyroxine, to control my metabolic rate but as of yet i've tried them. It comes and goes, no pattern to it. Can be a nightmare at times.
