  Insomnia can be a sign of other physical or mental problems... If it's a persistant thing for you then see your doc!!

  I agree with gadget, sometimes it's a mental issue (stress etc)..... I used to struggle sleeping myself but since i've been training (weights and running) my sleep patterns have gone to what they should be..... All the stress I had I was able to burn out while training and all else fails.... White widow used to be my preference👍

  Could be diet and stress! Stress releases adrenaline in the blood stream this could be the reason! Stress is not just worry, but could be caffeine or smoking! These cause a stress state in the body releases the same hormones that cause u to become hyperactive! 
 Cut these out and exercise regular and bobs your uncle!

  I have seriously bad insomnia and it helps when I work. But I don't have any tips on how to fall asleep faster cuz I myself don't know

  I'll save Bella the trouble. Try the blue hypnosis app. Sounds stupid. Dare ya to stay awake for it.

  Make sure an hour before bed you make a nice cup of decaf instead tea. You sit down somewhere comfortable, but not your bed. You read a nice book. Then an hour later go to bed. All lights off and no sounds (as much as possible). Pro tips : 
 - Only use your bed for sleeping. It keeps your body used to going to bed only when in that special place.
 - No tv or anything like that an hour before bed.
 - Caffine after noon has been shown to affect sleeping patterns. Just a thought you coffee drinkers or soda at dinner 😉
 - Stay away from those sleeping pills. They have do many negative side effects and also make you become deoendant on them. Some make you have severe sleepwalking also.
 - Turn that damn phone off! Imagine dozing off then getting a text?Hope this helps you!
