  An old friend of mine actually used to take the viatmin E gel pill capsule thingies, break the thin covering and put the gel that was on the inside directly onto her lips. I've heard from multiple ppl that vitamin E is basically the best solution for chapped lips.

  Other than that you can buy some blistex, carmex; or this Jack Black lip balm that I used to use...worked wonders for me.

  school makes me nervous and so does hockey. Easier said than done.
