Hi I've just upgraded to a 4s and given my 4 to the wife, she wants to play this game but even though I reset the phone it still comes up with my profile, how can I remove mine from her phone?

Send the udid of the device to support and ask for it to be removed.

The udid can be found by connecting your device to iTunes.

Once connected click on the serial number and the udid will be shown.
