If you have the same influence as someone really close to you, do you still pay them protection money if they had the larger influence first? I am currently paying protection money and I wondered if I upgraded to the same influence if I would still be paying protection money.

Is there a way to earn a large amount of money quick if my income is only 280k and my energy and stamina are only at 27??

If you have the same influence, you dont pay protection. The only way to increase income is plant turfs. Running missions gives you instant cash.
