itouch home button jammed/ broken please help

Ok guys my home button is jammed or broken and I don't know what to do, and it's not a software error, the button literally won't push down. So if I want to get back to my home screen I have to turn off my iPod which I'm pretty sure isn't good, so please help me😣😣😣😢😢

Hey just take it to any apple store and they will replace it. All products should have two year warranty. Others are just extensions

Yes it comes with it. One year warranty against manufacturers defects. My son just got his iphone4 replaced 15 days before one year. Us his home button wasn't working.
Sometimes they do go over your device very carefully and if they see the slightest dent/scratch they won't honor warranty. Doesn't cover damage.

I've gone to the Apple store after my 1 year warranty expired and they still replaced mine. They seem willing to help.

Hopefully they are willing to help at mine, also do I need to bring the case it comes in or the serial number or what.

if you have changed the case the warranty is void.
replace the original case before anything...
