It slips past he drawer because the sock drawer is full and falls down to the bottom under the dresser where it's a pain in the ass to check.

it is but funny and it goes between the rotating..... Thing.... I cannot think of the correct terminology at this moment but yes it gets sucked in between the rotating cylinder. I know cuz I've taken apart my washer and dryer once when they were acting up and found alot of socks and my old silky boxers haha always fun wearin those
