Women are always shown as earning less because the stats never on the same job. On average there are more women in jobs that pay less, such as nursery nurses or supermarket till person. There's nothing wrong with that, but it does pay less than other jobs.

No it's not marriage is a commitment to another human being to be there for them for the rest of your life in love, if you don't think it will work out don't get married. That's a sour way to look at it to think it will automatically always fuck up.
Lmao marriage is a fashion accessory to the youth these days. Where the girls get a nice pretty dress and centre of attention all day and the men get to party and shag the rest of the night. Obviously u get real love marriage which is good, but I bet there is more devorces than marriages for life.

Nothing wrong at all with choosing to stay at home and look after your kids, as long as it is YOUR OWN CHOICE. Women nowadays have more options available to them then 50 years ago - still got a way to go though before full equality. A mother at home looking after her own kids is probably only something that happened in the last century and a half, with the rise of the middle classes. The poor have always had to work and their children brought up by grandparents or older siblings, and the rich hired help to look after their children.
