I didn't watch the video. Did they refer to "2007" being visible while viewing the face?
That's the date stamp they put on the back at the time the copy is issued.

There is also a fake Kenyan BC making the rounds. Similiar deal. Anti-O-bum-a folk forged a Kenyan BC to make it look as if he was born abroad.
