How do I get henchmen

You can get them from the don with respect points. What I want to know is what the advantage of having one when you can just mob up?? But in so new at this so I may not understand it

Advantages:

1. It's easier.
2. It's faster.
3. Your mob will never match the top mobbed players without henchmen.
