Look like muffin man jus said he's going to level you if you don't stop attacking. You expect him to sit there and take it. It's a war game. He can fight back if he wants to. Maybe he should've attacked without warning you?

Turf attacks are just cause for retaliation, and if you don't understand how to spend TW money I recommend you read the help forums and the tutorial.
