👆u couldn't be any more wrong! Carbs is what u need! 65% of ur diet should be carbs! U need to consider the glycemic load of ur carbs! The lower it score the more u can have!

Well it can't be bad to reduce the bread, pasta etc.
I've read other info that disagrees lefthook, that is the huge debate. Causing the body in short to resort to ketois for short periods is actually not bad for you, out caveman diet is supposedly what our bodies were designed to do not all the filler. I'm not going drastic anyway, just aiming to cut back a little, the timber is building, my jeans are tighter, so just a relook at my diet. -

Bread and pasta have a high GL load so should be avoided! High protein low carb diets are not sustainable that's why they are bad for u! Low calorie low fat diet is the worst type to go on! I've lost 2st since July and I've lost only fat and not water! I feel full of energy as I'm getting in the essential fats that the body needs to burn fat! No sugar so my blood sugar levels are in check so don't have insulin spikes!

Didn't realize I made the Atkins Diet thread.
I don't usually make them, but this year, I've got 2 in mind:
1. Go to concerts again.
2. Focus on the positive opportunities that present themselves. Don't dwell on the bad stuff because eventually every little thing is gonna be alright. -
