Say you wanted to beat me up but you couldn't because you're too small and you suck, you get two other players to join you, pool your weapons and fail at beating me again.

Go to your profile. You can start one and in vote others or be invited. Make sure you play it safe for now and make friends. Don't want you to be ran out too fast for a bad decision.
