Grab two 10lb weights, sit down & put ur wrists on ur knees & ur elbows on ur thighs. Do wrist curls. Ur forearms will get so big the peanut butter jar will open itself for u. 👍

Turn the jar over. Tap it on a hard surface gently with lid flat against surface. You should find you are able to open the lid.

I just showed a butcher this yesterday at the local grocery. He found it handy. Hope you do as well.
