Im looking for the largest mobbed player that's under level 40 and close to Utah. "Why?", you ask? To teach a mobster who thinks he can beat anybody under level 40 a valuable lesson.
Please state level and mob count here please. The lower the level and higher the mob the better.

And EE, my friend, I ask this for a reason. Not to level this kid up but to prove to him that mobsters in that lower range can kick his ass because level means nothing.

Omg! I never said I could win every lvl 40! Why does this matter! I asked if anybody needed help in their vendetta! And because I could have a better chance at winning!

If they are a lower level then they don have as much xp as me so I have more skill points. I'm not at all saying I could beat any lvl 40 in fact I just lost to no nickname lvl 40
