this depends on how you interpret their manifesto. I quote : ' the immediate deportation of criminal and illegal immigrants, and the introduction of a system of voluntary resettlement whereby those immigrants who are legally here will be afforded the opportunity to return to their lands of ethnic origin assisted by generous financial incentives both for individuals and for the countries in question.' I take the second half to mean that they will be told to get the fuck out, and given a lollipop for the trip.jacksie wrote:
you are highly misinformedyeah the bnp are against Borges! Every non-White immigrant would be deported under a bnp government. (btw I'm assuming you aren't White Borges, if you are then you're safe!)
all illigal imigrants will be deported White or non White
all legal imahrants and British citizens can stay -
No they will be asked if they WANa go since most imagrants came from war countries that are better now and don't have money to go home
like saying, if you do WANa go you can an we will help
but you are welcome to stay -
To be honest i dont give a 🐒 if they're legal or not as long as they contribute and don't claim benefits they don't deserve. I'd rather see millions of lazy, unemployed Brits living of benefits in council houses provided by taxpayer (I'm not talking about those who really can't work, but those are rarity) sent to land far, far away.

Yeah, that's how it would read if it were coming from say the conservatives. However their background and other ideas make that smell like forced deporting to me.

I'm not pro BNp
I just get annoyed when ppl twist things
the kid just said he only thinks it's forced deportation cos it from the bnp bit of or was from the conservatives he wouldn't think it -

Yeah, I don't for a second think that you're pro BNP benney, but if the bnp were to put forced deportation in a manifesto they would be shut down on human rights grounds. They need to say that to legitimise themselves as a political party. However, things that griffin says don't match up to the manifesto. The whole party is flawed. He says one day that all immigrants will be forced to go home, he says the next that they can all stay. He doesn't know himself.I'm not pro BNp

I think the UK whether or not under the BNP needs to address the immigration problem, as too many people come to our country use tax payers money on our free health care and work in a corner shop. Anyone can do that job! The UK should have a law much like Australia's where you must be able to provide a service to the country like policeman or doctor. Not "entrepreneur".

And also It only force for illegal
doing it for legal is against the law and try would be unable to do it -
maybe he means legal and illegal?
he would just make it illegal to be an immigrant. And hey they are all illegal. Kick em out. I dislike the BNP but they doom themselves with shoddy policies as well as poor ideals.

benney, if they were in power, they could do anything they wanted. The government is the law, the government makes the law. Unlike the US, we do not have a supreme court whih can strike down legislation as unconstitutional. If Gordon brown decided all black people should be killed in the uk, and his party agreed with him, then the law would be passed. You obviously haven't studied the bnp in very much depth. Their leader denies the holocaust. They have an all White membership policy. Griffin himself has links to the KKK. They are a group of racist miltants trying to appeal to the discontented british public. They should not be allowed to stand in the general election. I believe in representation for all views, no Alfred how extreme. However when these votes contradict peoples rights as human beings, the line must be drawn. Rant over. :)

the queen has no real power now. But if they did attempt to do that anyways there would be massive outrage from everyone. But why are we contemplating this. I doubt they will come to power ever. There are too many imigrants an friends of imigrants who would never vote for them. I would personally vote for labour. Even if it is just to stop the Tories getting in power as they have no policies I support.Don Jasperoni wrote:

one, we do have a supreme court as established by the constitutional reform act of 2005, it just doesn't have the power to strike down legislation. RE: Jacksie, for a bill to be passed it has to be approved by the whole of the house of commons and the whole of the house of Lords, and then the Queen if she was brave enough to risk a revolution which wouldn't happen in this scenario.

Parliament could attempt to pass legislation to remove the monarchy but it would also need approval from any country for which Queen is there head of state ie Commonwealth countries.
The Supreme Court / Courts have the power to strike down legislation - look what happened to the orders to indefinitely arrest suspected terroists - struck down as unlawful - so legislation rendered useless.
Plus the Queen could refuse to sign a bill if advised by constitutional experts - to be honest it would lead to Goverment requesting General Election seeking a public mandate for law.
For information, the Parliament Act limits delaying of non financial acts to 2 years. -
