This story is a little bit old, but I don't that it was ever discussed here. Tony Bologna is the police officer who went up to a few women who were being slowly encircled by police officers and sprayed them with pepper spray.

There's tons of videos of it online. After spraying the defenseless women, he just walks back into the crowd. The sad thing is that while he was demoted and moved, he was moved closer to his house, so now he has a shorter commute. He is a despicable person though and should have been arrested.
