How to save your hard earned pennies from the government...
Speed camera:- take the fine too court, and ask if the speed camera was recalibrated that morning, if the answers no then the speed it calculated was wrong.
Clamping:- let the tyre that is clamped half way down, the turn your wheel to the farside opposite the front of the clamp and slowly reverse, if you can get the clamp off without breaking the padlock you dont have too pay -
If you have a key lock on your door, and you lock your keys in your car, go grab a tennis ball. Punch a hole in it. Then press the hole against your car lock, and shove the ball quick. The air pressure will unlock the lock.

Or
Abide by national speed limits,
Park legally and
Don't leave your keys in your car when you choose to lock it :-)I'm kidding guys, good tips! I got a speeding ticket last year and it sucked!
