I use medkits. They can help a lot if I know I have a long struggle to make a specific capture. Using them or not before an engagement has made the difference between getting a turf or not. Any item that can save those precious couple seconds is awesome

They are good in battle, they top your health up completely and while fighting you can heal quicker...
