Just heard about Gary speed, he must have been desperate to commit such a selfish act, for a man who appeared to have everything to take his own life the inner demOns must have got to much, may god bless his wife and two children, thoughts to his family, Rest in peace Gary 😢🌹

I just heard about this, so sad.

He was one of my fave players way back in the day when he played for Leeds and I was just starting to get into football.

I'm at the forest v Leeds game tonight, it will an honour to applaud and chant the name of a true football great with the Leeds fans, things like this bring everybody together, things much bigger and more important than football

Its a bit wierd, he was on football focus the night b4,, and was talking with robbie savage that day, robbie said he sounded fine.
