Off 13 runs of Bank Safe, I just got: 2bagmen, 2liquors, 1smuggling tunnel, 1 Distribution Centre, 3xHenchies and 5xBazookas😄😄😄😄

He doesn't put upgrades out as he's too scared that they will get capped!

👆this. but scared isn't the word. I just know they would get capped, so I prefer to preserve them.
