Who is the better game designer? If you don't know who Notch is, you don't deserve to be alive. Just kidding, but don't post.

Mmh, it's hard because they are two completely different game genres. Plus Minecraft is a 3D game where you can roam around whereas Turf Wars is a role playing game. I think they are both great games and both really addicting but I'm going to go with Notch seeing as Minecraft seems like the harder to program (don't kill me Nick).

Obviously, Notch, 'cause it seems like it takes more time to create a game as complex as Minecraft, but Nick's pretty good.

Now, all we need is a game like minecraft where you actually wander around, build, and capture "turf" like in turf wars. I can see it now... Turfcraft Wars!
