  Is this Americanized sushi or Authentic kind? I like both I'm not bashing on one or another. I like the sushi where they put good poke on top 😍

  I haven't made a trip to Japan to taste authentic so I like Americanized for now. One day I'll get to Japan and tear up some Japanese sushi.
