The USA government should make education till college free since there sending all the jobs to china people should be able to have a good job since all jobs are taken

They won't do that or they won't have there private jets, bomb proof limos and penthouse suites!! Were just there legman. Look at it this way. They are the top dog mafia, which runs all mafia and us no bodys is what makes them rich, rather good scam isn't it

True but that's the best way to raise the economy better than wasting money and giving it to people on warefare who dont want to better themselves if you offer free education take there pay check away people will start bettering themselves and by doing that they will better the country but the presidents dont use there minds

You do know there are both public and private universities, right? In California there are very expensive private universities like UOP or Academy of Arts, and public ones like the UC's (UCLA, UC Davis, etc.) and CSU's (CSU Long Beach, CSU Sacramento).
Public universities receive state funding (I think federal funding too), donations from alumni, grants, etc and tuition is much lower than it would be although they are all struggling financially (I was on staff for several years).

Plus you can go to a junior college first, get a scholarship, student loan, work study, join the armed forces (GI Bill), get parents to help out... so I don't know how much more "free" you want college to be.
