Ok for people who are not stupid and actually look up facts it was announced by Sony that they would be shutting down pen for mantainance. They themselves who run psn announced it beforehand as forewarning. Look at the playstation blog which is basically their website.

They can't make it any better, you need to follow anonymous to understand the full story behind the hacks, it was a retaliation because Sony banned two psn members for making the ps3 software do what it was built to do, they was banned for life for this. Don't you see this as a wrong thing to do or was they doing the right thing, Sony only make updates to make you feel it is getting better, I can tell you never had a ps3 when they first come out, all sony have done for years is lock the ps3 down to how they want you to use it, it is all wrong what they are doing!,

They are Internet hackers it's not like you are a revolutionary army, seriously get over yourselves. And that decision has negatively affected millions and the game industry as a whole.
