Best pre-workout supplement hands down. Who agrees? Better yet have any of you nerds ever used it before or even been in a gym.

I live off the stuff! C4 is not bad if you are looking to cycle off it for a little bit

Been taking it soo long that 2 scoops don't do 💩 for me. 3 1/2 scoops for me and I tear shit up.

I was up to 3 scoops at one point about a year ago but I took 2 weeks off and eased back in to 1.5 scoops then up to two now. Consciously trying not to go over 2. And I'm 220 lbs (right now, bulking)

It's mostly an energy type drink but it does have some creatine in it lol

Just stick to whey protein before and after a workout. I'm on a budget at the min otherwise I'd be pumping myself with steroids!!! Lol

They don't ship jack3d to Canada anymore 😥. You guys down south would be shocked at how much we pay for supps up here!. Even with the dollar at par we still pay close to double for the same 💩. Personally I'm not a fan of the proprietary blends in the pre and post mixes. So I buy raw materials and mix my own, it doesn't taste good but at least you know what your getting!.

I've thought about buying the raws and mixing my own actually. thing about jack3d is it's about as raw as you can get there are no fillers and the ingredients and amounts are known. bodybuilding.com has them for 25 bucks when you buy 3 at a time i think so doesn't make sense.
I'm not a fan of the muscle tech stuff really an d every other pre-w/o i've tried is usually packed with fillers

Not a big fan of pre-workout drinks, leave me a bit edgy. They're great if you need a pick me up, but I don't wanna rely on something to motivate me to go the gym and I find your constantly having to increase the dose as your body gets used to it.

Trust me man raws are the way to go, there is no supp on the market that has 5 grams of citrulline malate per serv in it. That stuff is pricey and would kill a company's profit margins. Jak3d has arginine in it but citrulline makes more arginine in the plasma of the blood then arginine itself. Then add creatine and beta alanine and you a stim free jack3d, if you like the stim then add dmaa and schizandrol a. Without the silicon dioxide, acesulfame potassium, sucralose. All three of those things are very bad for you long term, cut them out and your kidneys and liver will thank you when your an old man!. 👴
