i quit

so apparently ppl r dicks in this game. i gained the capo of the small town i live in after playing for 2 days. then some giant ass lvl 86 comes and destroys all my turfs and curses me out. this game is imbalanced, any high lvl player can prey on lower lvl players. they shud add some form of protection preventing ppl 50 lvls higher than u from attacking u.
-
lvl dosent mean much.. mob does
-
i guess ur rite, but due to his lvl, he had high enuf stamina or watever to repeatedly attack me until all 19 of my properties were destroyed
-
Did you reset after all 19 turf were destroyed?
-
yes why?
-
I feel you, dude. You really need a guru when you start up. If you can bring yourself to give it another go, consider it a lesson learned. Mob up before leveling up. Stick with Galesis and Kevs in the beginning. I personally use my free Don points to buy global police protection to earn more. Take time with it. People jump in to this without thinking of the worst-case scenario and it is quite a shock when it occurs. Like studying a martial art, the first hit stuns and scares you. Take your time. Hope you reconsider!

thx man, but i think im done with this experience. i mean its an amazing game which i wud recommend to ppl and most of the user base is nice, but one person can ruin everything. i had just accomplished my only goal, to be the capo to my current residence, but some ppl are rather greedy and want to add yet another trophy to a dust closet filled with them.

you've been playing for 2 days? And you made capo of someplace? And were then surprised when you got a beatdown? Sounds like you just got a Turf Wars education. being capo means you're king of the hill-- it's an open invitation to an ass kicking (which is sort of the point, or else they would have called it Happy Fun Unicorn Wars).
You made capo, you weren't prepared to defend it when the sharks smelled blood, and now you're not capo anymore. No shame in that. I joined 2 weeks ago, and after I learned the lay of the land, I made a goal: try for capo of Tampa in ONE YEAR.
Closing advice from a fellow noob: mob up. -
bro i was capo of a small ass town :P uptown from Dallas. Not a major city.
-
Don't be a quitter doesn't the din not let big players attack u ur under lvl 15

Just a little hint, don't use your Don Pts for global protection. Just spend the money to pay the police, you'll make it up in the long end. 👍I feel you, dude. He actually has a VERY good point here. Bravo. Also, I edited for grammar as well as making it easier to read.I guess you're correct on some ground, but due to his level(and overall longer experience with the game, he had high enough stamina, energy, etc. gained from level skill points so that he could repeatedly attack me until all 19 of my properties were destroyed. I had not played the game long enough to be able to level up to match him yet.
-
You cant limit attacks based on level in this kind of flame for two reasons. One is it's a gos game which means we are already limited to players that are close to us. Reason two is once you hit level 25 you can join vendettas. Now if a higher level player can't attack you, they wouldn't even be able to defend themselves if you used a vendetta on them.

Who was the guy? What was his mob?
Quiting isn't the answer... Mob up, make some friends, big and even small friends. -

I hope the new players understand that it is our best interest to have you guys playing. So most large mobsters will help in any way to eliminate new players quitting because of a few bullies.
