  Tip: most of the players that I've helped have pm'ed me & asked a question. Sometimes it's one time; sometimes I end up helping them a lot. You can't sit around hoping someone will swoop in & beg to help you. If you have a question, first read the main threads in the help forum & the newbie tips @ turfwarswiki.com. There are also several Palringo groups now dedicated to just helping new players. If you can't find your answer at any of those places, pick someone that seems to have a lot of game knowledge. Some possibilities include: your local capo, a big mobster in your area, or people mentioned in this thread. Not everyone has time to answer questions. If you don't get a response after a day or so, try someone else.
