Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but i updated yesterday and anytime i cap i lose my whole bank. Just letting yall know.

Losing my entire bank is one thing, it also randomly exits the game, and also if im on a turfs info and touch the map... It doesnt go to the turf. Goes to the artic or somewhere.

Yeah I've had this problem. I lost 102 billion when capping 1 influence turfs. Tw support are fixing it as we speak and I believe you will get you money back after they've used last nights back up data to restore it.

Gotta say, seeing the message "not enough cash to heal" was like a punch in the face. :)

I want to update just to see it. Unless its a big reason like airports or other new features I don't update until I know that no glitches surfaced

To add to this I also haven't updated my turfwars to the latest version. So it's not related to the update

I was stupid and did a global update on my phone. Never again. I will be waiting from now on. Lesson learned.

Ah. Any clue how to reproduce the glitch or is it fixed?

I just updated and am trying to reproduce the glitch. Unsuccessful so far

The glitch is fixed now, and we're in the process of restoring all affected players' cash.

The glitch was on a database server and is not related to the 2.16 update.

Also, we have a forum for technical issues.

Aww nick :( the glitch sounded like fun. Well some one inf turf got attacked for no reason. I've been through enough glitches not to stress out over losses

This glitch was not fun. I wasted a few medkits and didn't have any cash to plant the amount of turfs I wanted to today. Plus looks like I'll lose half a days virtual pay too. Oh well, I'll live

Hell reimburse all pay I'm sure. For me glitches are fun. Besides I'm not doing that much in game at the moment anyways

I kinda panicd when it happen. I know of the technical forum but not everyone reads that. Wanted to warn ad many people as possible. Iv been cap'n 1inf turfs and getting mine cap alot recently but didnt see this til last night. Oh well. Thanks Nick for the rapid reponse. Im sure i speak for everyone when i say we appreciate it. Thanks again.

i agree glitches are cool. Too bad i couldnt find anyone to cap 🙍 well there is one person but its thier only turf in that state so....

Did it affect turf limit increases? I noticed that I've only been able to purchase one at a time before the cost increases. Glad the other probs are being addressed.
