Usually you will need to prove you will last a bit in this game, commitment is key. A steady raise in mob rate, forum etiquette ect.. They won't just accept everybody. Just advice.

Go through LAW first. I'll assign the nearest person to you to mentor you and show you the ropes. Besides BAIC is an invite based alliance

There are some good guys in NCS but I have no idea what their requirement is.
BAIC are mostly vets, stick around for a while and you might considered in like a year or 2.
