Darth Penetrator isn't Cliché, as if you go back in the forums you see that cliché's old posts are still under the name cliché. And if you click on his profile you can see that he had just reset his account. Mystery solved!!!

Multiple accounts are not a bannible offence in themseves. You have to farm your own turf to be banned. Of course, now he's pretending to be in England so....
