Oh my god I didn't even realize that it could go that high!!! I'm over east of camden so I guess that's why. Most I pay normaly is 150k.

best i can tell its based on a combination of turf density and how many turfs a player has. but it may be based on how many you have in that city as well

My area isn't to big. Cherry hill mostly has davey boy, murdermami, a one turf from meta. So I guess that's why it's so cheap.

I agree. I've been able to boost the income of all turfs up one level by building several tightly packed turfs.
