Nobody uses their biceps on a football pitch without getting sent off. I have enough strength to shield the ball, I play in the Stoke league, it is very rough. therefore lifting weights is not important for "soccer" at all. don't pretend you're knowledgable about something you're not. -
Soccer is a contact sport, I'll leave it that. You're weak and making excuses for not putting the time in the gym. You should at least be doing low weight high rep work outs, you won't get bulky and will stay lean and quick. Good day sir!
