I'm Μr. Dφцχ7, I'm an Hoppoalic!

I probably said it before but I though I would be better APT (After Plane Tickets).
BPT I had hopped 2,000km (1,200+ Miles) from Quebec, Canada to Florida, USA and 3 Canadian Provinces.
APT I have hopped 1,800km (1,100+ Miles) so far!
I just hopped from Alberta to Manitoba going through Saskatchewan Canada and from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Paris, France going through Belgium.
So, I have hopped around 3,800km (2,300+ Miles) without counting the little hop from states to states like Denver to Wyoming and Nebraska (150 Miles).
I'm just curious if the APT TW player hop at all?
Would also be nice to have some official unoficial stats on total hopping if posible to see who else is an Hoppoalic.
Happy Hopping!

You are the new BWS . Hahahaha™

I'm a turftauntingaholic 😂😂😂

maybe Nick could install an "odometer" that would keep track of the total distance traveled by placing turfs adjacent to prior turfs... It would be more interesting than "Total Area Controlled" currently on the leaderboard!
-
I still hop! I go through phases where I really like it & then I'll drop off for a bit. I typically have at least 4 ongoing hops. I certainly don't have any hops as impressive as yours or BWS. I'd think people would hop more because of airports. There's not much point to flying & not hopping any turf out of the airport. I haven't hopped a far distance everywhere I've flown, but I do at least have future plans to keep hopping in those areas.

Btw, I really wish people would stop suggesting getting rid of this leader board. I only started going on big hops after place tickets. I flew to Boston and hopped all the way to Philly. Probably going to D.C. Next

I didn't say get rid of it, or that I didn't understand it! I said that I thought that distance hopped would be more interesting (to me) than Total Area Controlled. Your Mileage May Vary.

But, since you brought it up, the substantive problem that I do have with Area Controlled is that it is too tightly correlated with Influence, although ("Influence/#turfs" - "Area Controlled") (with the appropriate radius conversion, of course) gives a sense of "clumping" versus how spread out someone is -- but it's way easier to just look at their profile if you really want to know that.
-
I'm currently hopping Through germany. Ive only hopped about 300km do far though.
-
Distance hopped would be interesting, but the Area Controlled leader board can be used strategically in a way that influence cannot.

I was a hopoholic, found a cure, but now I'm a addicted to capping, so...
My last turf hop still exists, to the west of Minneapolis.

At one point BWS was the best hopper here. I'm not a hoppingaddict but ik []D[][]V[][]D, Fraba, and Don 2 are.

Nice Doucet. I am doing the Amsterdam/Paris trip, any pointers? It looks like the population density is well spread out, so I don't predict any dead zone.

Not sure I'm a hoppaholic. Done around 1300 miles in total. I enjoy it more than punching codes. Am I in denial?
-
I'm definately a hoppaholic! I'd say I've done around 1500-2000 miles to get my 400+ capos.....maybe more.plenty more hopping in me yet 👍
