  Unless said person didn't even know it was gas day. I remember my first gas day. I had no idea what it was. Lots of players never come into the forums. So you can't expect everyone to stay quiet about getting capped when they have no idea why they are getting capped

  Getting 1 or more "Happy Gas Day" messages should be a clue for them to investigate though.

  It's several factors. Level turf count. Turf in area. Density of area. And probably more we don't even know about. Put it this way. My first turf in Boston cost me 76 million. By the 10th one it was well in the 100s of millions. Worst spot I've found so far
