Hahaha. I only really capped amnez hard. And yeah I almost never go all out for gasday. But why would you criticize those that do?

One thumb is right here. It's about having fun! But capping 50 turfs off one player isn't fun at all.
But people like one thumb have loads of money and spare turf like he said.
But when you're little for example. Maxing your cap limit on me would destroy that player. For example, I'm making 300k. Max limiting me would send me deep into negative income.
Gas day was never about reaching your cap limit on someone. It was about taking the odd turf off a friend.
The first gas day was fun. I didn't cap any but was capped. I didn't mind
But now, it's been ruined. It's a excuse to hit some beyond repair and to be greedy.
This holiday has become corrupt. -

Buts there's a time when you can go too far. Gas face was one man. So it wasn't a big deal.
You say it's about maxing your limit. But if every big player did that in one area and followed you're version of gas day. Then the smaller players in that one area will be wiped out.
Maxing your limit on players with 100's of turf is ok. But ones who only have double numbers.... Your going too far and ruining it.I don't want to ban gas day. I want some sort of restriction on it. A new rule to protect smaller players or something....

Another issue tO be considered is how the game has changed. One or two turf used to mean more. Now 30-40 is about the same ratio easy

Like Das said, of that's how you play, it's how you play... But don't use gas day as an excuse to play like it, then hope it's forgotten the next. It won't be.
Das was certainly NOT a hypocrite with what he says. He plays rough, takes what he wants when he wants and everyone knows it- especially you if I remember right.
As people are saying, don't just use gas day as an excuse... Use it for the odd bit of fun among friends.

Smaller mobs don't have to be equipped with body armor and lapuas. Live within your means at all times and then losing turf isnt as big a deal. Replant and move on.
