Have you paid for any police protection? That could be a reason. Or having alot of weapons and/or defensive upgrades could effect ya income as well. Those both have an upkeep cost. Could be one of those

No problem. Same damn thing happened to me 2 days ago. Po-po protection ran out, had to re up asap.
